INTEGRAL TRUTH

Terms of sale

1. Seller and contact

The seller of the book “Integraalne Tõde” is Eerik Potter, an individual. Please send questions about orders, delivery or returns to eerik@integraltruth.ee. You can also get in touch on Facebook.

These terms cover sales of the physical book in Estonia. The future Digital Intelligence service is not included with a book purchase.

2. The book, price and ordering

The Estonian hardcover edition has 209 pages. The standard final price of one book is €34.90, including delivery to a parcel locker in Estonia. The website adds no other charges. You can order 1–5 copies at a time; the final quantity and total are shown before payment.

Select an Omniva, DPD or SmartPosti parcel locker and enter the recipient’s name, email and phone number. Check the details before paying. Every book ordered through the website is signed by the author; you may also provide a name for a personal dedication.

You place your order by confirming payment. The sales contract is concluded once successful payment is confirmed. Opening the checkout or leaving an unpaid draft creates no obligation to buy.

3. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. Use one of the payment methods offered in the checkout; wallet availability may depend on your device and browser. The seller does not receive your full card number or security code.

If payment is interrupted or the result is unclear, check your payment confirmation or contact the seller. A payment-related technical problem does not remove your right to an order you have already paid for.

4. Delivery

The Estonian book is due in December 2026. Preorders are handed to the carrier within three working days after publication. Orders placed after publication are handed to the carrier within three working days of payment confirmation. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Estonian public holidays. This is the dispatch deadline; arrival at the parcel locker depends on the carrier. The carrier sends an arrival notification using the contact details provided in your order.

Delivery is to the buyer’s selected parcel locker in Estonia. If that locker cannot be used or dispatch is delayed, the seller will contact you to agree on a solution. To correct a phone number or locker selection, contact the seller as soon as possible; changes after dispatch depend on the carrier. Any cost of sending the parcel again is agreed separately.

5. Withdrawal and returns

The buyer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the book. Send an unambiguous withdrawal notice to eerik@integraltruth.ee, including your name and order number. Returns are sent to a parcel locker in Türi. After receiving your notice, we will provide the exact locker and the recipient’s phone number.

Return the book no later than 14 days after sending your withdrawal notice. The buyer pays the direct postage cost of an ordinary return; the seller pays the necessary return costs for a defective or incorrect book.

The seller refunds payments received, including the cost of standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice. The refund may be withheld until the book is received back or evidence of its return is provided, whichever happens first. The refund is made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed with the buyer, without additional fees for the buyer.

6. Defective goods and disputes

If you receive an incorrect or damaged book, email eerik@integraltruth.ee, describe the problem and, if possible, include a photo. Where the transaction is a consumer sale, the seller is liable for a defect present at delivery that becomes apparent within two years. Notify the seller within two months of discovering a defect. Subject to the conditions set by law, remedies include repair or replacement, a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract.

Written complaints are answered within 15 days. If resolving the issue takes longer, the seller will explain why and provide a new reasonable deadline. A personal dedication does not limit rights relating to defective goods.

We first seek to resolve disputes by agreement. If no agreement is reached, you may apply to the competent court. Where the transaction qualifies as a consumer sale and the dispute is within its jurisdiction, you may also apply to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee. Estonian law applies without limiting mandatory consumer rights.

7. Applicable terms

The version of these terms available when an order is placed applies to that order. Later changes do not retrospectively alter an existing purchase. Our privacy notice explains how personal data is used.
